I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.
I want to briefly go over the next month of the season so everyone; coaches, swimmers, and parents are on the same page. First of all, your attendance to practice is very important. The coaches will be fine tuning the swimmers for our Championship meets. Every swimmer is expected to participate in the Divisional Championship Feb 2 at Akron University. Swimmers will qualify from this meet to swim at the Y League Championships on March 1 at CT Branin in Canton. In the past, over 90% of CFYN swimmers qualify for the Y League Championship meet.
This Saturday’s dual meet is against a strong team from Lake County West End. The auxiliary gym will be available at 2:45 with our warm up starting at 3:00. Meet will begin at 4:00. Reminder: No Food allowed in gym. Your food can be taken to the party room by the fun pool.
