Location:          Washington High School

                        207 Oak Street, S.E.

                        Massillon, Ohio 44646

                        Enter Pool on Oak Street S.E.

When:              Saturday, November 29, 2008

                        Morning session will start at 9:00 A.M.

                        8 & under, 9 & 10, 11 & 12, year olds 1st session

                        Afternoon session will start no earlier 1:00 P.M. or 45 minutes after the        morning session.  13 & 14, 15 and over during 2nd session.

Warm-ups:       Morning session will be girls 8:00-8:25 A.M.

                                                          boys  8:25-8:50 A.M.

                                    Afternoon session will be 45 minutes after the morning session not                                             starting before 12:15 P.M.

Facilities:          6 lane, 25 yard pool.  Colorado Starting and Timing System.

Eligibility:          Age as of November 29, 2008.

                        Age must be stated on the entry form.

                        Proof of age upon request.

Events:             A.M. Session

                                    8 & under                     25 yards of each stroke and 100 I.M.

                                    9 & 10                         50 yards of each stroke and 100 I.M.

                                    11& 12                        50 yards of each stroke and 100 I.M.

                        P.M. Session

                                    13 & 14                       100 yards of each stroke and 200 I.M.

                                    15 & over                    100 yards of each stroke and 200 I.M.

                                    The order of events are Fly, Back, Breast, Free, I.M.

                                    Please submit times in yards.

                                    U.S.S. Rules and Regulations will be followed.

Entry Fees:       $ 15.00 per swimmer.  All checks made out to: Tiger Shark Booster Club.                         All coaches must check their swimmers in at the scratch meeting.  ALL                                SWIMMERS MUST SWIM ALL FIVE EVENTS IN ORDER TO BE                          INCLUDED IN THE FINAL RESULTS OR ENTERED INTO THE MEET.                         ONCE A SWIMMER FAILS TO SHOW FOR AN EVENT, THEY ARE NO                      LONGER IN THE STANDINGS.  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE              COACH AND SWIMMER TO REPORT FOR EACH EVENT ON TIME.

Entry Deadline: All entries and entry fees are to be in the hands of the meet director no later                   than 12:00 noon, Saturday  November 22, 2008.  You may hand deliver the                    entries to DAVID ROTTHOFF on said day and time.  We will not wait for                     late entries, please be prompt.  Please use entry forms provided.

If you have a Team mgr. Program from hy-tek I can send you the event file then if you would please send entries as e-mail attachment, and hard copy -  thanks.

Please call us to confirm receipt of entry, (the Sun. entries are due) do not wait until meet day to find out.

Awards:           The 1st twelve swimmers per event will receive ribbons.

                        The 1st six swimmers per age group will receive plaques.

The overall places will be determined by the cumulative time of all five swims.

                        If a tie occurs, there will be a  toss of a coin to receive current award and the                 other plaque will be mailed.

Admission:        $ 3.00 per Adult.   Children  no charge

                        $ 2.00 per heat sheet.

Supervision:      All swimmers are to be accompanied by a coach or team representative.  No                balls or other projectiles will be permitted in the building.  Floor supervisors                will be monitoring the facility at all times.  Swimmers must remain in                           designated area at all times.

Day of Meet:    If you have to call the pool for any reason, please call 330-830-3900  

                        Ex. 50213and leave a message on the answering machine.  I will                                                check the machine periodically.

FOOD:            Food will be sold during both sessions.
